How to prepare this recipe?
Wash and clean the capsicums, then slice the zucchinis. Mix the oil with the vinegar in a bowl, then add the peppers and zucchini. Mix them well, then add pepper and marinate for an hour.
Place the zucchini slices on skewers, then grill for 3-4 minutes with the sliced cheese. In the end, drizzle with the oil and vinegar marinade and you're done!

Ingredients for the marinade:
- 100 g yogurt;
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 1 tablespoon ketchup;
- 3-4 garlic cloves;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander;
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin;
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano;
- salt and pepper.

- 2 tablespoons barbecue seasoning;

- 3 tablespoons olive oil.
Preparation method chicken breast on stone grill
This is one of the most popular recipes and one of the simplest. As vegetables you can use onion slices, cherry tomatoes, capsicum slices, plus mushrooms and zucchini slices.
Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Next, take the chicken breast, cut it into pieces and place it in the fridge for an hour or two. Cut the vegetables into equal slices and put them in a bowl to mix with the olive oil, salt, pepper and barbecue seasoning. You can pour the same mixture from the chicken breast marinade over the vegetables or just some of the ingredients.
As soon as the chicken has marinated, assemble the skewers and arrange them alternately. Place them on a hot grill for about four to five minutes on each side until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are browned without burning. The cooking time for the skewers is up to ten minutes or less. You can serve them with a side dish of basmati rice, rocket salad or fattoush salad.
Recipe for grilled eggplant with garlic and chilli

Ingredients:
- 1 kg eggplant;
- 5 garlic cloves;
- 2-3 chilli peppers;
- 200 ml oil.
Cut the eggplants into thin slices, salt them and allow them to absorb salt for five minutes. Place them on the grill for about a minute on each side. Cut five garlic cloves into fine slices, then add two or three chili peppers into thin rings. Place the eggplant slices, garlic scales and pepper small rings in a bowl, then pour 150 ml oil over, mix well and transfer the mix into jars.
For a 400 grams jar, you will need to pour about 40-50 ml of oil over the eggplants. Keep the jars in the fridge and if you want to serve them as side dish, just toss them in the pan for a bit while they heat up. If you want to prepare a salad, drain the oil and drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients for four servings:
- a 1.2 kg octopus;
- a glass of white wine;
- 50 ml olive oil;
- balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons;
- bay leaves 3-4 pieces;
- oregano, salt and pepper;

Boil the octopus in a large pot, at low heat without water (because defrosting will produce plenty of water). As soon as the octopus shifts color (in a couple of minutes), add a little water, a glass of wine and a few bay leaves.
Based on the octopus’ size, simmer it for up to 45 to 60 minutes until it gets fork tender. If it sits too long, it will be "rubbery". Turn off the heat and let it cool a bit, just long enough to hold the pieces in your hand. Under running water, wash the octopus and clean it gently so that you’ll be able to peel off the dark red skin. Put half quantity from the olive oil, oregano and balsamic vinegar into a bowl. And xadd a little salt and pepper. Place the octopus’ slices in this sauce and leave until the grill is properly heated.
Allow the octopus slices to grill for only three to five minutes, just long enough for them to shift color. Serve it hot, drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice, and sprinkle a little oregano on top.

- 10 marinated shrimp;
- 2 avocados,
- 2-3 cups of finely chopped white cabbage;
- 1-2 diced jalapenos;
- 1 red onion;
- 1-2 limes;
- salt and pepper.
For preparing the sauce, you will need 1 teaspoon of achiote and 300 ml of orange juice.
Marinate the unpeeled shrimp in the achiote sauce and orange juice for at least one hour in a cool place. While shrimps are marinating, chop a quarter of white cabbage as for a normal salad and add over the resulting paste of two avocado fruits together with jalapenos and red onion. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the shrimps from the sauce, cut the back with a thin slice of the shell as long as the tail, place on a skewer and grill.
